This form includes your room request plus all AV, Childcare, and Covenant Kitchen needs. The set-up listed on this Room Request form is the set-up that will be used to prepare your room. If modifications need to be made to this set-up, please email Kadie Laughlin (klaughlin@covpres.com) at least one (1) week in advance of the event/meeting. Otherwise, any changes in the room will be your responsibility. The Facilities Staff will not be responsible for any "day of" changes.
