The set-up listed on this Room Request form is the set-up that will be used to prepare your room. If modifications need to be made to this set-up, please email Victoria Williams (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least one (1) week in advance of the event/meeting. Otherwise, any changes in the room will be your responsibility. The Facilities Staff will not be responsible for any "day of" changes.
Once you receive confirmation from Victoria regarding your room, please complete the AV/Childcare/Kitchen Request Form if you require any of these three services:
