Flower Guild
If you enjoy working with flowers and would like to serve our church with your gifts, the Flower Guild is in need of additional volunteers who are willing to help create a beautiful space for Sunday worship. New volunteers will go through a training, be equipped with resources and support, and will be asked to serve every 2-3 months. If you are interested or have questions, please reach out to Caroline Royal at [email protected].
We would love your help on Sunday mornings to greet and help visitors and newcomers find their way around the building. It would be great if you could sign up to work both shifts in the designated areas on one Sunday and even better if you could commit to a month at a time or plan to volunteer regularly each month, for example the first Sunday of every month or the third Sunday of every month. Children's Worship
Children's Worship
Come worship with our young church members in Children’s Worship, and let them get to know you. It’s a gift for all our members to know each other! We need volunteers to love and serve our 3K-Kindergarten children as we worship together in Children’s Worship. Please join us by signing up HERE...bonus if you have a teen or tween because this is a great way to serve together!
Sunday Donut Run
Serve our congregation and help make Sunday mornings hospitable and happy by doing the Shipley Donut run! The order will be placed and paid for, you only need to pick-up and have the donuts in the Commons by 8:45 a.m. The order is available beginning at 7:00, so feel free to pick up before the first service. Note: Shipley will give you an invoice for the order; please bring that to the church and put it in Meg Cotney's inbox in the office. SIGN UP
