“Do not fear.” It’s the most common command in the Bible,
but how do you respond when you read it? Do you take it as
a word of comfort or as an impossible challenge? If you struggle
with any form of fear or anxiety, consider joining us for our
new series “Be Not Anxious: Overcoming Worry, Doubt, and
Fear.” The enemy uses fear in all its forms to threaten and
disable us. But God encourages his children not to fear a
whopping 365 times throughout the Scriptures. He can train
us to win this battle! This year at Divine Design, we plan to
pursue biblical strategies that will bring progressive freedom
from anxiety, worry, doubt, and fear. In this class we will:

  • Learn to recognize and overcome the enemy’s many
    fear tactics
  • Discover our personal vulnerabilities to fear and receive
    in those places
  • Trust the Father’s love, goodness, and His desire for
    our freedom
DDD is an amazing community of women who love God and
love each other so well! We sing, learn, listen, and pray together
each week. Our small groups provide you with a safe place to
grow and with the leadership of wise women on the journey, too.
Can’t come on Tuesdays? Contact Kathy at
about additional times for mentoring groups. Listen online

Six Weeks to Sane Thinking
with Julie Sparkman (live and in person!)
Wednesdays, 6:15 - 7:15 p.m. (Dining Room)
September 5 - October 10
The loudest and most powerful voice you will hear today is
the one in your own head. We are often unaware of our true
thoughts, yet thoughts are the drivers of all emotions and
behavior. In this class, we will learn a very simple method to
discover and replace our old “thought tapes” with ones based
on the truths of the gospel...which sets us free to true and
lasting change in our lives and in our relationships.
