Who?  Everyone K4—6th grade.

What?  A club dedicated to
obeying God’s call to glorify and
enjoy Him forever.

When? Wednesdays,  5-6 pm,
beginning August 18 (same
evenings as Pioneer Clubs

and Wednesday Worship).

    Faith—Room E300                  

    Glad—Room E301

    Cherubs—Room E306 & 308

How?  Through a carefully
structured, yet fun and
exciting study of music and
worship. 

 

 

Cherubs (K4-K5)

· Begin elemental training in recognizing music and developing rhythm.

· Participate in activities that
encourage musical exploration
while building teamwork and
self esteem.

· Sing in three or four services or
music events throughout the year.

· Memorize at least four hymns
during the year.

I    mitate Christ in our actions

Glad (grades 1-3)

· Develop understanding of
worship through music.

· Develop musical literacy and
vocal skills.

· Present  musicals, participate
in church festivals and concerts.

· Memorize at least six hymns during the year.

 

Singing praises to God in worship is the joy and responsibility of every child of God, and God's word calls us to do so with all our might, regardless of skill or experience. The Music Clubs provide an opportunity for all children at Covenant to enjoy, understand, appreciate, and participate in worship. Please register by August 18. Faith (grades 4-6)

· Develop deeper understanding
of worship through music.

· Begin learning note reading and writing literacy.

· Participate in social events to foster Christian values and build confidence.

· Sing in about six worship services and musical events throughout the year.

· Memorize at least eight hymns during the year.
